Before submitting your personal information via the electronic application, you should familiarize yourself with Applicant Stack’s privacy policy and only submit your personal information electronically if you determine that you are satisfied with their policy. In the event your application for employment is reviewed and D&S makes you a conditional offer of employment, D&S may then share your data with third-parties in order to confirm your eligibility for employment with D&S which may include, but is not limited to, obtaining pre-employment references from other employers, obtaining employment background checks from third-party providers, confirming licenses and other qualifications required for employment, and/or obtaining necessary criminal record checks.
