Please read this Privacy Statement. By visiting the Website, you agree that personal information collected from or about you shall be governed by this Privacy Statement. D&S reserves the right to modify this Privacy Statement at any time and encourages you to review this Privacy Statement each time you access the Website.

As a general rule, you can visit the Website without revealing any personal information about yourself (i.e. information that identifies you); however, certain parts of the Website permit you to provide personal information to D&S in order to request employment information or to otherwise communicate with D&S by e-mail. Such personal information may include your name, e-mail address, mailing address, or telephone number. However, should you opt to apply for employment with D&S through the available electronic application accessible via a link on the website, you will be asked to supply an extensive amount of personal information. If you do not wish to supply this information electronically, a hard copy is available that may be submitted manual to D&S for employment consideration. Other than in those circumstances noted below, D&S will not disclose or provide your personal information to unaffiliated third parties. D&S uses due diligence to maintain and protect the confidentiality of the personal information submitted by the users of the Website. D&S does not permit its third-party hosting vendor to disclose, provide, or sell any personal information relating to any user of the Website to any third parties unaffiliated with D&S. Although D&S takes steps to protect your personal information, D&S does not guarantee that such steps are adequate in all circumstances, and such steps are taken without any express or implied warranty of any kind.
